By accessing and using the services provided by Intelligent Ignition ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our Services
Intelligent Ignition provides Product Management as a Service (PMaaS) and strategic product consulting, including but not limited to:
- Fractional product management and leadership
- Product strategy, roadmap planning, and discovery
- Sprint management and cross-functional team coordination
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- User research, feedback loops, and product analytics
- Product operations and process optimization
The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
Our Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and materials are owned by Intelligent Ignition or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Client Work Product
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project
- We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- We may retain the right to use anonymized project insights for internal improvement
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. General terms include:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
- Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
- We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements as specified in the applicable SOW. Additionally:
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitations of liability survive termination
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the State of Delaware.
