Lowell HigleyPrincipal Consultant
Product Strategy and Execution Practice
As Principal Consultant of the Product Strategy and Execution Practice, Lowell leads the
team that delivers the strategy and execution assessments, training, coaching, and
consulting. He has an earned Master of Business Administration from San Jose State
University as well as an earned Diploma for Graduates in Information Communication
Technology from London School of Economics.
Lowell has worked for technology industry legends such as Unisys Corporation, CA Technologies, and BMC Software. In addition, he has worked for several smaller companies and startups. Lowell has managed FinTech product lines, storage portfolios, systems management portfolios and built and executed strategy for industry leading AI/ML solutions. Lowell has been recognized by several employers as an outstanding product manager and in 2016 was the first recipient of CA Technologies’ Trailblazer Award. This award is recognizes employees and teams that do the most to grow revenue.
Lowell is also a former US Air Force Intelligence Officer and retired from the reserve forces in 2016. He has combined his knowledge of intelligence collection and analysis with core product management skills to create best practices for key strategic tasks such as competitive analysis.

Rudolfs DambisPrincipal Consultant
UX Research and Design Practice
As Principal Consultant of the UX Research and Design Practice, Rudolfs leads the team that
delivers UX training, coaching, and consulting to our clients. He graduated magna cum laude
from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Rudolfs has been recognized for his skill software development. He has placed in IBM’s
Master the Mainframe coding competition both in the US and globally.
He has worked for enterprise software leader CA Technologies where he was a key contributor to mainframe service virtualization – making the mainframe testing experience easier and more accessible. Since leaving CA he has worked at creating usable and accessible software that everyday people can use.
